Billing and trials
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Premium starts with a 14-day free trial through the App Store, and the Free plan has no time limit at all. Apple asks for a payment method when the trial starts. Cancel before day 14 in your Apple subscriptions and you are not charged.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel CircadiaOS there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change it from the subscription screen in the app or from your Apple subscriptions. Apple prorates the change.
How does the referral work?
Share your referral code from the app. A friend counts once they sign up with your code and connect a wearable. Every three friends who count earns you a free month of Premium, delivered as an App Store offer code (up to ten qualifying friends in total).
